Ideal Candidate:
- Energetic and enthusiastic

- Customer service experience
- Comfortable on the phone
- 1+ years of call center experience preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Previous experience in b2b sales is a plus
- Proficient in email communication, managing customer inquiries, multitasking, internet navigation, and using phone and chat tools effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engage warm, pre-qualified B2B leads — no cold prospecting required!
- Uncover client pain points through sharp discovery questions
- Position powerful digital solutions that drive measurable business results
- Set high-quality appointments or close deals directly (based on experience level)
- Leverage cutting-edge technology and AI-driven sales scripts
- Work alongside seasoned closers and receive coaching from top producers
- Learn the art and science of digital advertising to sharpen your edge
- Collaborate in a sales culture that rewards speed, precision, and performance
- Engage with businesses to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Use a well-crafted script and advanced technology to introduce services to potential clients.
- Conduct thorough online business assessments to identify prospects who can benefit from digital marketing solutions.
- Ask insightful questions to understand client needs and effectively demonstrate how our products and services can fulfill those needs.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to senior sales representatives.
- Collaborate efficiently within a team to achieve collective sales targets.

- Experience in a call center or high-volume sales environment is a major plus
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and reliable

Compensation and Perks:
