Position Overview
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing both client-facing and internal projects. The role operates within the Operations organization and ensures cross-functional coordination between Solution Operations, Technology Operations, Engineering, and Sales to deliver projects efficiently and consistently.
This position manages software deployments, operational initiatives, and documentation governance to support business expansion, operational efficiency, and client success. This role requires the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Implementation & Deployment Projects
- Manage end-to-end software deployment and implementation projects, coordinating with clients and internal teams, including Solution Operations, Technology Operations, and Engineering.
- Coordinate blueprinting, planning, and solution analysis sessions to define project scope and delivery requirements.
- Develop and manage project plans that establish scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Facilitate client implementation meetings and ensure consistent project communication.
Internal Operational Projects
- Plan and execute internal operational initiatives that support business expansion and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects involving Operations, Engineering, Product, and Client Services.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure visibility into project progress and deliverables.
Governance & Reporting
- Track project budgets, hours, and resource allocation
- Prepare and deliver Project Management Progress Reports (PMPR)
- Escalate risks, blockers, and conflicts to leadership
- Maintain project documentation, including SOPs and Work Instructions (WI)
- Assist in the coordination of client billings and annual licensing activities associated with implementation projects

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience managing technical or software implementation projects
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Demonstrated experience using project management platforms such as Easy Redmine, Smartsheet, or similar systems
- Ability to understand and coordinate software deployment or configuration projects
Preferred Qualifications
- CAPM or PMP certification
- Software validation experience (IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Experience in technical consulting or professional services environments
- Understanding software development lifecycle methodologies
- Basic programming or technical troubleshooting experience
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
