Overview
Join our dynamic automotive product development team as a Product Associate.
Duties
- Source and purchase automotive parts samples online and local stores
- Track sample purchasing projects
- Take photo and video of samples
- Package samples (able to lift 20lbs)
- Take customer service calls
- Provide technical support
- Support vehicle testing
- Support product review event
- Support product repair/paint job
Work Environment
- Air-conditioned office

Qualifications
- Automotive experience is a must (automotive engineering, or parts, or service and repair)
- Engineering Degree is highly preferred
- Good understanding of vehicle make and model spec
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in mechanical part and assembly
- Customer service experience is highly preferred
- Good communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good driving skills
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
- Able to lift 20lbs
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
