We're looking for an energetic, guest-focused Team Leader to help lead our Knapp's Corner Herb & Fire Pizzeria location this Fall.

General Team Leader Responsibilities
- Creating a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere for every guest
- Leading the team during busy service while maintaining a positive attitude
- Coaching and supporting team members to deliver exceptional food and hospitality
- Ensuring every pizza, salad, and menu item is prepared to Herb & Fire standards
- Jumping into any position as needed to keep service moving
- Assisting with training and developing new team members
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant
- Following cash handling and POS procedures accurately
- Partnering with the General Manager to improve operations, guest satisfaction, and team performance
Team Leader Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food service experience with wood-fired pizzas preferred, but not required
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- A positive attitude and a passion for serving others
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay organized and make good decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable multitasking and leading by example
- Basic math and computer/POS skills
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
