Position Overview:
We are seeking a Team Lead to oversee operations at our first location in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, with a knack for leading teams in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring our store operates efficiently, our staff are motivated and well-trained, and our customers leave happy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate staff during shifts, ensuring efficient operation and exceptional customer service.
- Supervise food preparation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and health regulations.
- Manage cash handling and register operations, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Assist in staff training and development, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the store, complying with food safety and health standards.
- Coordinate with the General Manager on inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Assist with the procurement of in store, 3 party, and catering orders
- Assist with the making of spreads and salads
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant setting.
- Full weekend availability is required
- Proven experience using Toast POS
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, early mornings.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Florida food protection manager certification
