What You Will Do Each Day:
Schedule jobs and coordinate the day-to-day calendar for the team.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
Manage invoicing and keep billing accurate and on time.
Track KPIs and report on key business metrics to support growth.
Educate potential clients on 4 Seasons Softwash services and close virtual estimates over the phone.
Handle COI requests and other administrative tasks as needed.
