Personal Assistant – Real Estate Team

De La Torre Realty Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a fast-growing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
- Answer calls, texts, and emails
- Follow up with clients and leads
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Coordinate with escrow, lenders, photographers, and vendors
- Assist with marketing, social media, and listing preparation
- Organize documents and transaction files
- Track deadlines, tasks, and team priorities
- Assist with office projects and administrative duties
- Handle occasional errands as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with computers and willing to learn new software
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation: DOE (Depending on Experience)
