*Job Summary*
As a Store Associate at our appliancec store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
*Duties*
- Operate the Retail Management System accurately
- Create & maintain sales & service orders
- Assisting customers with purchasing their appliances
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide product recommendations
- Handle cash transactions efficiently
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Supervise and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Check in service part shipments
- Other duties as assigned
*Requirements*
- Experience in a retail environment, preferred but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient with technology (PC, Tablet, Smartphone)
- Strong sales skills with a customer-focused approach, will try right candidate
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to work half days two Saturdays per month
Job Type: Part-time
