We are looking for a highly organized Information Processing Specialist to join our remote administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining business and project-related information that supports engineering, operational, and client service activities. Key Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and maintain electronic records, reports, and project documentation.
- Review information for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Enter, update, and organize data within company databases and document management systems.
- Assist with the preparation of project files, technical reports, and operational records.
- Maintain confidential information and ensure proper document security procedures are followed.
- Support engineering and administrative teams by providing accurate information and documentation.
- Generate routine reports and assist with information tracking and record retention activities.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections when necessary.
- Communicate with internal departments to obtain, verify, and update information.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and data quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in information processing, records management, administration, or document control preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and database systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
