Experienced Medical Assistant – Pediatric Office (Part-Time)
Private pediatric practice in Bay Ridge is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant for a part-time position. We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and organized team player who enjoys working with children and families in a fast-paced office environment.
Medical Assistant Responsibilities
- Taking patient vital signs
- Preparing vaccines and assisting with immunizations
- Assisting physicians with daily procedures
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate patient records
- Phone triage and patient communication
- Supporting daily office operations and clinical workflow
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of medical assistant experience
- Strong computer and EMR skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy pediatric office
Preferred Qualifications
- Pediatric experience
- Phlebotomy experience
Schedule
Part-time position:
- Three weekdays: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Evening and weekend availability required.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
