Position: Staff Accountant
Location: Emmaus, PA
Job Type: Full-Time
TWG Security is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Our finance team handles a heavy transactional workload against firm close and payroll deadlines, and priorities can shift quickly. The right candidate thrives in that environment and maintains accuracy when things move fast — if you do your best work under pressure and take pride in keeping up without cutting corners, you will fit right in.
Reporting directly to the Controller, this is a hands-on transactional accounting role: you will own the day-to-day work that keeps the department running accurately and on time — accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, payroll support, and month-end close support. You will be an integral part of the team and will aid the company in achieving its mission of protecting the people, facilities, and assets of our clients.
This role is built for someone who takes pride in clean books, closed periods, and reconciled accounts. Financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and executive-level analysis remain with the Controller — your job is to make that possible by executing the fundamentals with accuracy and consistency, with a clear path to grow into higher-level work as you demonstrate ownership.
This is an in-office position based in Emmaus, PA — not remote or hybrid. Local, commutable candidates to the Lehigh Valley, PA only (no 3rd party applications).
