Job Description:
Serious inquiries only please! We are a busy shop. We’re currently seeking a talented and professional Licensed Barber/Cosmetologist to join our team. Ideal candidates are passionate about their craft, have great people skills, and are patient and dedicated when it comes to building their clientele. Must have at least 3 years of experience in the industry (amazing at bald fades) and exceptional communication skills.
Competitive pay starting at 60% Commission and an additional % each year capping at 65%. Guarantee in place while you are building.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts and grooming services
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Assist in shop upkeep and team collaboration
- Be consistent, punctual, and professional
- Work patiently and proactively to build a loyal clientele
- Establish rapport with customers.
