The successful candidate will be trained comprehensively for the Transportation Brokerage industry including quoting & routing customer shipments, providing customer service, communicating with transportation providers, dispatching, and monitoring carrier performance.
Requirements
- Strong interest in business operations, logistics, or transportation management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of fleet management or operational processes is a plus
- Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the transportation industry
