Office Assistant
We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This position requires experience with QuickBooks and Excel, along with strong attention to detail and communication skills. Construction office experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks and Excel
- Process weekly payroll
- Assist with daily office and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records and files
- Communicate with vendors and team members
Requirements:
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Construction experience preferred
