Job Summary
As a Home & Business Solutions Consultant, you will be the driving force behind delivering innovative technology and service solutions to our customers. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through warm calling, in-person visits, and digital outreach to generate new business opportunities in the home and enterprise sectors.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements for technology solutions, including software, hardware, and connectivity services.
- Present compelling product demonstrations and tailored proposals that highlight the value of our solutions, emphasizing features such as Salesforce integration, security systems, and enterprise software.
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently by leveraging strong sales negotiation skills while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Manage ongoing customer accounts by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive lead generation in both residential and business markets.
- Utilize sales management systems proficiently to track leads, monitor pipeline progress, analyze sales data, and forecast future growth opportunities.
- Lead sales efforts within a corporate sales environment by coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven success in B2B sales, technology sales, or enterprise selling within a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, deal closing, and managing complex customer accounts with a focus on long-term relationships.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales activities and customer data effectively.
- Knowledge of software sales, technical sales processes, and familiarity with sales management systems is highly desirable.
- Background in business development combined with analysis skills that enable strategic decision-making.
- Prior experience in a corporate sales environment involving product marketing, lead generation through warm calling, and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously is preferred.
