**Overview:**
Join our team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook and showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic kitchen environment. We are seeking a talented individual who is passionate about food preparation and dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
**Duties:**
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Assist in cooking and preparing various menu items
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with the Chef to place orders
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Experience in catering or fine dining establishments is a plus
- Strong food handling skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is beneficial
- Proficient in food service tasks
- Skilled in knife handling techniques
