Property Management Assistant / Content Creator

$38,480 Annual Salary | Full-time | Temporary-to-Hire | In person
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Position Overview
General Property Management is seeking an organized, dependable, and creative problem solver to join our team. This position supports day-to-day property management operations through fieldwork, leasing assistance, customer service, and marketing.
This is an entry-level position, and no prior property management experience is required. We hire for customer service skills, organization, reliability, problem solving, and willingness to learn. We’ll provide the training needed to succeed.
This position begins as temporary-to-hire with a 90-day trial period and the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role based on performance and overall fit.
Primary Responsibilities
The position will generally be divided among four areas:
1. Residential Property Fieldwork — Approximately 25%
- Conduct rental showings for designated residential properties
- Provide third-party vendor access for designated residential properties
- Maintain accurate property and resident records
- Assist with other residential property fieldwork responsibilities as needed
2. Garage Storage Support — Approximately 25%
- Market and show available garage storage units
- Assist with leases and lease renewals
- Respond to inquiries from prospective and current renters
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs
- Maintain accurate property and resident records
- Assist with other storage unit responsibilities as needed
3. Mobile Home Community Support — Approximately 25%
- Monitor rent payments and follow up on delinquent accounts
- Conduct monthly community inspections
- Document concerns and help enforce community standards
- Assist with preparing and sending notices when necessary
- Read electric meters and record usage for billing
- Maintain accurate property and resident records
- Assist with other mobile home responsibilities as needed
4. Content Creator — Approximately 25%
- Take professional property photographs
- Create video and virtual property tours
- Create social media posts and promotional materials on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Assist with additional creative and marketing projects as needed

- Ability to travel locally throughout the workday
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay of $18.50 per hour paid as an annual salary of $38,480
- Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel
- Two weeks of paid time off during Years 1 and 2
- Three weeks of paid time off beginning Year 3
