This position includes a competitive hourly base pay plus performance-based commission, giving you the opportunity to earn $300–$1,000+ per week depending on your performance and dedication. As Super Shine continues to grow, there will be opportunities to grow into leadership roles with increased responsibilities and pay.

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality interior and exterior vehicle detailing
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail on every vehicle
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
- Arrive on time and complete jobs within scheduled timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Learn advanced detailing techniques, including paint correction and ceramic coatings
- Drive customer vehicles safely and responsibly
- Represent the Super Shine brand with professionalism and integrity
- Work independently while also contributing to the team
Qualifications & Experience
Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person. We value character, work ethic, and attitude more than experience.
Ideal candidates will have:

- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
- Valid driver’s license
