Admor HVAC Products in Honolulu, Hawaii is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Counter Person. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What you'll do:
- Handle customer orders via phone, email, text, and in-person at the sales counter.
- Multitask effectively while navigating our ERP system and vendor websites.
- Create and follow up on quotes to close sales.
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers to help grow our business.
- Provide exceptional communication and customer service to every client.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in HVAC sales is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
- Proficiency with computers and an aptitude for learning new systems.
