Helping Hand Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated LPC, LCSW, LAC, or LSW to join our Mental Health Outpatient Program in Clayton, NJ.

What You’ll Do
As a Mental Health Clinician, you will:
· Provide compassionate counseling services to outpatient clients.
· Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized recovery plans.
· Monitor service delivery and client progress.
· Connect clients with community resources and serve as a liaison with community agencies.
· Support clients in achieving their personal recovery and wellness goals.
· Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and professional standards.
· Promote a recovery-oriented, client-centered approach in all aspects of care.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
· Master’s degree in a relevant field.
· Current New Jersey licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LAC, or LSW, as required by New Jersey statute.
Preferred:
· 2+ years of mental health experience.
· Experience working with adults with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders.
· Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills.
· A genuine passion for helping people achieve recovery and a better quality of life.
