Warehouse Operations
- Manage and oversee all warehouse processes, including unloading containers and transloading (transferring goods between modes of transport).
- Plan and coordinate trucking and container movements - from and to port, and with our partner carriers.
- Ensure accurate and efficient receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment that complies with safety standards.
- Implement and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities.
- Work closely with carriers and vendors to ensure cost-effective, timely deliveries.
- Resolve issues related to damaged goods, delays, or missing inventory.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
-Bilingual, fluent in English and Korean
-Excellent customer service skills with strong responsibilities
-MS office
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Work hour: 8am-5pm Mon to Fri
