About Us:
Wipe Right Cleaning is a small husband-and-wife residential cleaning company serving homes across the Valley.
We work closely with our employees and focus on creating a respectful, supportive, and low-stress work environment with consistent communication and stable weekday work.
Many of our cleaners work with the same recurring clients regularly, helping create more consistency and familiarity throughout the workweek.
Whether you already have cleaning experience or are coming from another hands-on job, we provide paid training and support to help you succeed.

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Shifts begin at 8 AM
- Typical schedule ranges from 30–40 hours/week
- Daily hours may vary slightly based on the schedule
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Following company cleaning checklists
- Learning how to clean efficiently while maintaining quality
- Communicating with the team throughout the day
- Helping create a great experience for our clients
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable driving between homes during the workday
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting, etc.)
- Able to use a smartphone for schedules and communication
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Work Environment:
You’ll be working directly with the owners, not a large corporate office. We care a lot about communication, teamwork, and creating a positive environment for both employees and clients.
We care about quality and consistency, not rushing through homes as fast as possible.
We understand that nobody is perfect on day one. We’re looking for reliable people with a good attitude who are willing to learn and improve over time.
