Job Summary:
Night Manager - responsible for custodial tasks, overseeing the night shift, and acting on behalf of the Project Manager. Ensure high-morale, people-oriented operations meet or exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure tasks are executed properly, on time, safely, and within budget.
- Schedule and coordinate custodial duties and services.
- Supervise and inspect work.
- Conduct training for INC employees.
- Administer Safety Program and personnel policies.
- Prepare reports and respond to customer requests.
- Complete all work professionally in line with industry and safety standards.

Improve customer relations, staff development, operational control, management skills, employee job satisfaction, explore growth opportunities, and create a safe workplace.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Education/Experience: 5 years or more of managing large janitorial teams (required).
- Valid driver’s license (required).
- Criminal Background Record Check (required).
Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (required).
