Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Tests networking, server and storage products to all order specifications
Advanced testing and complex configuration of Cisco, Juniper and other networking equipment
Complex assembly and diagnostics
Properly rebinning equipment to appropriate locations within Operations
Proper and efficient testing of all incoming gear. Using Tech Work Space and tech logging all testing output.
Interfaces with Shipping, Receiving, Repair, Material Control, and Sales
Takes phone or visitor messages and delivers to appropriate individual
Accurately inputs information into inventory management program
Learns and uses test equipment
Maintains safe, clean and organized work space
Composes and types routine correspondence and memoranda using word processing software
Compiles and types statistical reports including tables and text using spreadsheet software
Performs other related duties as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of modern business communication, specifically electronic communication
Ability to use a personal computer and various software packages including skills in Microsoft Suite
Ability to accurately follow instructions and retain technical information quickly
Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints and diagrams
Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proven organizational skills
Demonstrates teaming behaviors including effective communication skills face-to-face, via email, and on the phone
Ability to establish priorities, work independently and as part of a team, and proceed with objectives without supervision
Basic Knowledge of testing methodology, topology, cabling plant
Good written and verbal communication skills
Two to four-year college degree preferred but not required.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-year Knowledge of modern warehouse procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems, and record keeping
1-year industry experience with IT networking hardware or equivalent combination of education and experience

Answering telephone in a responsive, energetic and professional manner.
Prioritizing customer requests between those for the sales team and those that need to be forwarded to another resource within the organization

Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Fluency in spoken and written in English and either Dutch, German, or Spanish is a mandatory requirement
Prospect, identify and build relationships with potential new clients and key decision-makers
Manage and engage existing clients to drive business growth
Is a “closer”, meaning that the Account Manager demonstrates the ability to use creativity, independent judgment, selling skills (including accessing company resources), and discretion to close transactions within company pricing and other guidelines.
Manage sales process through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy and planning
Develop an annual sales plan for presentation to and approval by Sales Manager, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year to enable the Account Manager to meet or exceed sales quota.
Consult with clients and prepare proposals and quotes based on their needs
Maintain knowledge of the market and competitors
Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
Keep up-to-date knowledge of Curvature products and technology providing detailed advice and information to customers to help formulate direction

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years – inside sales
Fluency in spoken and written in English and either Dutch, German, or Spanish is a mandatory requirement
Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
Ability to independently manage account book and plan to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Demonstrated goal attainment track record over the plan year

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, Finance or IT
Demonstrated new business sales expertise with proven results
Experience in the IT industry specifically in sales and contract management
Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and independently while achieving results
Demonstrated experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and order management systems such as SalesForce and Oracle to manage sales process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build customer relationships, fluent in Dutch or Polish
Ability to work and promote a positive team environment
Results-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
