Business Development Professional / Countertop Expert

Granite America, a premier multi-state countertop manufacturing, installation, and service company, is seeking a full-time, salaried Business Development Professional / Countertop Expert to join our expanding team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with homeowners, home builders, cabinet shops, and commercial developers — providing expert guidance and building lasting relationships. You’ll help clients navigate countertop selections and solutions, supporting them every step of the way, both in the office and on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to countertop expert for homeowners, helping them confidently select materials and designs that fit their vision.
- Build trusted relationships with home builders, cabinet shops, and commercial developers to grow and maintain business partnerships.
- Conduct 5-10 customer meetings per day, split between the Indianapolis or Lafeyette office and client locations.
- Provide excellent service throughout the entire customer journey, ensuring satisfaction from first contact through final installation.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in the construction, remodeling, or home improvement industries is a plus.
- A passion for helping customers make informed, confident decisions about their spaces.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- A self-driven, accountable team player committed to the success of the company.
Compensation & Structure
- Full-time salaried position — no commissions but bonuses for achieving company goals.
- Competitive salary aligned with experience, typically ranging from $60,000–$75,000 per year.
