Warren-Hay Mechanical Contractors is looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join our team! You will install heating and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. Lead Installers assist with oversight of junior-level Installers.

Responsibilities

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

May cut, build, and install ductwork and/or furnaces, as needed
-
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Guide, advise, and assist with oversight of the installation process on assigned team(s)

Assist with mentoring and training entry-level Installer's
Qualifications
-
4+ years of previous HVAC installation experience

Freon certifications
-
Knowledge of HVAC control wiring, refrigeration, gas piping, system start-up, and operating procedures

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Strong customer service and customer interaction skills on job sites

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Good verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in a supervisory, management, or mentoring capacity is a plus
