Breakfast Attendant
A day in the life:
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customers at all times.
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
- Use guests’ names in all interactions.
- Promptly respond to all guest-related concerns including but not limited to complaints and special requests.
- Have a thorough knowledge of emergency and security procedures.
- Proper uniform must be worn at all times in accordance with Hotel Managers Group and brand standards.
- Personal cleanliness and neat appearance are required. Shoes must be low heeled and have heels and toes closed.
- Practice safety standards at all times.
- Employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
- Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may from time to time be established by Hotel Managers Group, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
- Prepare, manage, and break down a complete Breakfast according to Hotel Managers Group and brand standards.
- Ensure freshness of products through proper rotation of stock.
- Prepare all food items and equipment for display ensuring that proper sanitation standards and procedures are practiced at all times.
- Ensure that all local health code requirements are met.
- Wash hands thoroughly with anti-microbial soap and water for 20 seconds before beginning or returning to work with food or utensils.
- Use disposable gloves, tongs, or other dispensing devices when handling food.
- Ensure all toxic and chemical materials are properly segregated and stored away from food, food equipment and paper products.
- Date and label all food received at the hotel.
- Approved hair restraints must be worn when handling and/or serving food products.
- Ensure breakfast offering is only available during times posted.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast prep area. Provide the highest quality of service to the customers at all times.

Skills you’ll need:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand/walk for entire shift.
- Lift up to 25lbs regularly, lift up to 40lbs occasionally.
- Ability to follow written or verbal instructions
- Ability to follow safety procedures.
Benefits and Rewards:
Part-time (as needed, up to 28 hours/week) positions available. Starting wage is $15.00/hr.
