We are an established outpatient physical therapy practice in Purchase, NY, and we are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for both an experienced PT and a new graduate who is looking for mentorship, professional growth, and the opportunity to develop as a clinician in a private-practice setting.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions
- Document evaluations, daily treatment notes, and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients regarding their condition, treatment, and home exercise programs
- Maintain high standards of patient care and professional practice
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- New York State Physical Therapist license or eligibility for NYS licensure
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- New graduates are encouraged to apply

Internationally trained Physical Therapists who are eligible for New York State licensure and meet the applicable H-1B requirements are encouraged to apply.
