Experienced Residential Cleaner (1099 Independent Contractor) – Serious Applicants Only
We are looking for high-quality, detail-oriented independent cleaners who take pride in their work and are looking for consistent opportunities.
This is NOT for people looking for easy side income or those who are unreliable. We are building a team of professionals only.
Minimum Requirements (Do NOT apply if you do not meet ALL requirements):
- Must have previous residential cleaning experience
- Must have your own reliable vehicle that is NOT shared with anyone else
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a smartphone with reliable access during work hours
- Must be available during daytime hours
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Must currently carry General Liability Insurance OR be ready to obtain it immediately
