Hand Finisher / Deburr
If you have experience with deburring or hand finishing, this is an opportunity to work on precision aerospace parts in a clean, well-lit, air-conditioned shop. The work is consistent and the expectations are clear.
Pay & Schedule
· 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm – 1:30am; Friday 12:00pm – 8:00pm
· 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am – 3:30pm; Friday 6:00am – 12:00pm
· Full-time
· Overtime available
· Competitive pay based on experience
What You’ll Do
· Operate a wide range of hand-finishing and deburring tools, both electric and pneumatic, including right-angle grinders, die grinders, orbital sanders, and Foredom hand-finishing tools
· Polish, clean, break edges, and produce required matte finishes on precision-machined parts
· Perform hand tapping of threaded holes
· Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances

What We’re Looking For
· Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
· Good hand-eye coordination
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
· Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
· Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
Preferred:
· 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment performing similar work
· Experience with hand-finishing tools such as die grinders, orbital sanders, or Foredom tools
