Key Qualifications:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Possess or be eligible for current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC’s) required, or actively pursuing completion of CFY
- Ideally, bring experience working with pediatric populations or in a school setting
- Exhibit strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Maintain a passion for helping diverse learners achieve their highest potential
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based therapy for students ages PreK-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Work closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress
- Document assessments, treatment plans, and student response in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Educate staff and parents about speech-language milestones, disorders, and strategies for support
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development
