Upstream Bookkeeping is a Hawaii-based, virtual-first bookkeeping firm (about 60 clients, team of 9, QBO-centric) hiring a Senior Account Manager to run a portfolio of 25 to 35 clients: monthly close, advisory calls, and client relationships, working alongside our Philippines accounting team. Hawaii residence required (any island). W-2, full-time, remote from your Hawaii home office. 9 AM to 3 PM HST core hours, and no tax-season grind. Base $60,000 to $90,000, calibrated at offer, plus employer-sponsored health (Hawaii PHCA), a 401(k) Safe Harbor match, and 18 days PTO.
