Behavior Technician - Flexible, Part-Time/Per Diem

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll play a vital role in delivering ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. About the Role:
As a Behavior Technician with Imagination ABA Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in a variety of settings
- Following treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
- Collecting data and documenting client progress
- Creating a safe, engaging, and positive session environment
- Communicating effectively with families and supervisors

Compensation:
- BT Rate: $22-$25/hour
- RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$28/hour

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
- RBT certification a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Ability to pass background checks
