As a Personal Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring punctual, comfortable, and secure travel experiences tailored to individual needs. Duties
- Safely operate a full size SUV to transport clients efficiently and comfortably.
- Plan routes ahead of time to optimize travel time and avoid delays, ensuring punctual arrivals at destinations.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic mechanical upkeep of vehicles to guarantee safety and presentation standards are met.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing any special requests or needs during transit.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure secure transportation at all times.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage logs, vehicle inspections, and maintenance schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm schedules, provide updates, or address any concerns during trips.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, or delivery driver roles with a strong understanding of road safety regulations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse clients.
- Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Familiarity with full size SUV operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to plan efficient routes using GPS technology or maps while adapting to changing traffic conditions.
- Strong attention to detail in vehicle inspections, safety checks, and record keeping.
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type being operated; additional certifications such as CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) are advantageous.
