Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage to meet individual client needs
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate massage strategies and monitor progress over time
- Educate clients on self-care practices and pain management strategies tailored to their unique physiology and health conditions
- Maintain detailed treatment records, documenting client progress, treatment plans, and any relevant medical terminology
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment options, and foster a trusting relationship
- Stay current with industry best practices and expand your expertise through ongoing professional development in areas such as medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and new massage techniques
Skills
- Proven experience in massage therapy with specialization in Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage
- Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly
- Excellent client communication skills to build rapport and ensure client comfort throughout sessions.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a compassionate approach to client care.

Pay: $37.00 - $45.00 per hour
