Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and genuine hospitality to every client.
- Support your salon team by contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Foster a salon culture built on respect, kindness, professionalism, and grace.
- Lead by example while consistently following all salon policies and procedures.
- Perform check-in and check-out duties as outlined in salon handbook.
- Manage client reservations, including scheduling, rescheduling, modifications, and rebooking appointments.
- Operate the register and process transactions according to procedure.
- Become knowledgeable about all salon services to confidently assist and educate clients.
- Review reservation desk communications and documentation daily.
- Monitor phone calls, salon emails, and online bookings throughout the day on a scheduled basis.
- Maintain an efficient appointment flow for both clients and team members.
- Participate in salon meetings and ongoing team development.
- Follow salon cleaning protocols and resting state guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
- Monitor, stock, and maintain the snacks and refreshments bar.
- Create and manage daily to-do lists and task completion checklists.
- Assist with social media content creation and salon marketing initiatives.
- Serve as a proud brand champion by representing the salon's values, standards, and guest experience in every interaction.
