The Role
You've done this work. You know how a surface should look when it's done right. You can load a rig, read a job, and keep two guys moving efficiently without being told how. That's who this is for.
This is a lead tech position — you'll run a two-man crew on residential and commercial pressure washing jobs across the greater Seattle area. You drive the truck, you set the pace, and you own the quality on every job you touch.
What You'll Do
- Lead a crew of two on pressure washing and exterior cleaning jobs daily
- Drive the work truck to and from job sites — you're the one behind the wheel
- Set up equipment, assess surfaces, and call the right approach for each job
- Hold your crew to quality standards — you check the work before the customer does
- Communicate job status and any issues back to the office in real time
- Keep equipment clean, organized, and flagged for maintenance when needed
- Represent the company professionally at every property
What We're Looking For
- Experience in pressure washing, roof cleaning, or exterior cleaning — you know the equipment and you've done the work
- You've led people in a field setting before — a crew, a team, a job site. You don't need a manager standing over you
- Valid driver's license and a clean record — you're driving our truck, non-negotiable
- Reliable. If you're on the schedule, you show up. If something's wrong, you call — you don't ghost
- High standards — you notice when something isn't right and you fix it before moving on
- Based near Edmonds/Snohomish County or willing to be
Compensation
- $25/hr starting base
- KPI bonuses that go up to an extra $250/week
- Tips that go up to an extra $300-$400/week
- Health, dental, and vision eligibility after 90 days
- PTO eligibility after 1 year

Growth
We promote from within. Lead techs who produce and lead well have a direct path to Production Manager — overseeing multiple crews, setting field standards company-wide, and getting paid more as the operation grows. That seat exists. It goes to whoever earns it.
