Comfort Care Homes and Services is looking to hire for our Monday through Friday, 3P-11P shift and for our overnight sleep shift, Sunday through Thursday, 11P-7A.
Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
- Monitor residents’ health by taking vital signs, observing patient behavior, and daily documentation.
- Administer medications following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure safety and compliance.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Support residents during activities, outings, and social engagements to promote community involvement and well-being.
- Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, incident reports, and progress notes in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Engage in light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning resident areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Experience
- Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques, autism support, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Certifications such as First Aid, CPR, HIPAA compliance training, and medication administration are advantageous but not mandatory; training is provided.
- Experience with patient monitoring tools and techniques—such as vital signs measurement—is a plus.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
