Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate PRN Occupational Therapists (OT) and Physical Therapists (PT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
- Deliver individualized occupational and physical therapy assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based occupational therapy programs focused on improving ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), mobility, strength, and coordination.
- Assist patients with discharge planning by coordinating care transitions and providing education to patients and caregivers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including speech therapists, physicians, case managers, and educators—to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and clinical assessment techniques.
- Skilled in developing treatment plans that align with patient goals and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent client communication skills to educate patients and families effectively about therapy processes and progress.
- Ability to work collaboratively within interprofessional teams to deliver holistic care solutions.
