Due to our continued growth, we are excited to announce a Customer Service Representative opportunity available at our Cincinnati location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer inquiries and orders by e-mail, internet, phone, fax, postal mail.
- Take incoming calls, answer questions, write and process orders.
- Address any issues, concerns or problems that customers and prospective customers may have.
- Make outgoing phone calls to customers and prospects.
- Help to grow new business.
- Assist with dealer promotions.

- Ability to work with a diversified work force and customer base.
- Computer skills including but not limited to, MS Office Word, Excel and basic user- level competence for both Windows and DOS applications.
- Salesforce experience a plus
