What You'll Do
As General Manager, you'll be the leader of your location, setting the tone, coaching your team, and ensuring every customer has a five-star experience. This is a fully hands-on leadership role, with approximately 90% of your time spent outdoors working alongside your team.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Hire, train, and mentor employees while building a positive team culture
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
- Drive membership sales and achieve location performance goals
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and productivity
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and company standards are maintained
- Hold team members accountable while recognizing great performance
- Lead by example with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed

- Can manage multiple priorities while keeping the team motivated
- Brings previous management or leadership experience (required)
- Has experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, automotive, or customer service management (preferred)
- Has a valid driver's license and can work weekends
