Overview
Do you have a love for all things beauty? Do you find yourself most at home when engaging with other people? You might be just what we are looking for!
The sales associate should also show excitement for the latest beauty trends and act as a liaison for our customers about exciting new products, and to help them find the correct products for their unique needs.
Job Duties
- Contribute to a positive store environment through genuine customer engagement and promptly welcoming guests with an enthusiastic attitude
- Create a one-of-kind client experience
- Demonstrate a strong use of suggestive selling
- Participate in up-holding sales floor standards by providing a neat clean shopping environment at all times
- Consistently demonstrate expertise in apothecary product knowledge
- Efficiently and accurately process transactions through the POS system
- Assist in stocking sales floor and unpackaging shipment on an as-needed basis
- Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures including but not limiting opening and closing procedures and Loss Prevention standards
Additional Responsibilities
- Work with a sense of urgency and integrity to complete tasks at hand in a timely manner
- Participate in product knowledge training
- Complete all duties assigned by store management
Qualifications
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Adaptable to the needs of the business
- Possesses excellent communication skills
- Some heavy lifting may be required on a periodic basis
