Available Shifts & Schedules
We are looking for talent across two primary shifts to support our growing production needs:
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the machining process:
- Setup & Operation: Expertly set up and operate CNC lathes and turning machines.
- Technical Execution: Interpret complex technical drawings and execute precise machining tasks.
- Optimization: Load programs, select appropriate tooling, and optimize machine settings for maximum efficiency.
- Quality Control: Monitor operations in real-time, make necessary offsets, and conduct rigorous in-process inspections.
- Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to all safety protocols.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Proven background as a CNC Lathe Machinist (Aerospace experience is a significant plus).
- Technical Skills: High proficiency with Fanuc controls and a strong command of G-code.
- Measurement: Expert use of precision inspection tools, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Soft Skills: A detail-oriented troubleshooter who thrives in a deadline-driven, collaborative team environment.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
