- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Mechanical Construction (HVAC, piping, and plumbing experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent proven industry experience
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC and piping systems, building products, construction details, and compliance standards
- Proficiency with construction management software (Microsoft Office Suite required; ProCore, BlueBeam, P6, Viewpoint preferred; Autodesk a plus)
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong commitment to mentoring and developing other team members
- Excellent time management, project management, and communication skills
- A proven track record managing complex mechanical projects from design through completion
- Strong personal initiative and motivation to deliver positive results
- Ability to develop relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners
- Firm commitment to workplace safety and compliance
Pay: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
