We’re looking for an Assistant Café Manager to help lead our Sonterra location and play a critical role in building a strong, people-first culture. This role partners closely with the Café Manager to drive operations, develop the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Support all aspects of café operations: staffing, scheduling, inventory, and performance

Coach and develop team members through realtime feedback and training

Maintain high standards for service, quality, and cleanliness

Help drive accountability and performance across the team

Step in to lead shifts and problemsolve in real time

Leadership experience in coffee, food service, or retail

Strong operational mindset with attention to detail

Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable

Comfortable in a fastpaced, highvolume environment

Passion for developing people and building strong teams

Base Pay: $13/hour

Training Differential: +$9/hour while in training
