Just Weed It is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, positive people to join our gardening crews through the end of our season in late November. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.
This is not a job where you stare at a screen all day. You’ll move, work with your hands, visit beautiful properties, and help transform outdoor spaces alongside a like minded, supportive crew.

Your days may include:
- Planting flowers and shrubs
- Weeding and refreshing garden beds
- Pruning plants and shrubs
- Spreading mulch
- Tackling seasonal cleanups
- Helping residential and commercial properties look amazing
Every property is different, so the scenery—and the work—keeps changing.
No Green Thumb Required
Gardening experience is welcome, but it isn’t necessary. We’ll teach you what you need to know.
What matters most is that you:
- Show up reliably and ready to work
- Enjoy being outdoors and staying active
- Bring a positive attitude to the crew
- Work well with different personalities
- Take pride in doing a job well
- Have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

- Starting pay of $17.25 per hour
- Potential increase to $18.25 per hour after 30–60 days
- Daytime schedule
