We are looking for an absolute powerhouse Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to turn that heavy traffic into massive profit.

What You’ll Do (The Mission):
- Own the Box: Take control of the turn, present clear menus, and maximize back-end PVR (Profit Per Vehicle Retailed) on every single deal.
- Secure the Financing: Maintain rock-solid relationships with prime and subprime lenders to get deals bought quickly and at the best possible spreads.
- Protect the Dealership: Keep CITs (Contracts In Transit) low, submit clean paperwork, and ensure 100% compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Build Bulletproof Value: Expertly present service contracts, GAP, road hazard, and protective coatings to truck buyers who want to protect their investments.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven Track Record: At least 2+ years of automotive dealership F&I experience with a verifiable track record of strong PVR and high product penetration.
- The Hustle: A relentless work ethic, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume showroom floor.
- The Details: Perfection when it comes to compliance, deal structures, and clean paperwork. You hate kicked contracts as much as we do.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with modern dealership CRM and DMS systems (Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, or CDK experience is a huge plus).
