Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and face-to-face territory management to identify new sales opportunities.
- Conduct compelling product demos and presentations to showcase features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients through effective account management and upselling strategies.
- Manage a designated territory by planning visits, tracking sales activities, and analyzing market trends to maximize growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate leads.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities efficiently.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging product demos and conduct effective negotiations.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer relationships.
- Strong business development skills including lead generation, territory management, and upselling techniques.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Knowledge of technology sales or retail sales is a plus; experience in technical sales or management is advantageous.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans for territory growth. Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
