Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title and deal posting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing title documents, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principals and title processing. Knowledge of GL posting and Title process.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage title documents for vehicles, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions related to titles, including filing and data entry.
- Utilize accounting software to track financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with accrual accounting tasks to ensure proper financial management.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to title processing or financial issues.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar clerical role within the finance or automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices, including technical accounting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

- Associate (preferred or relative work experience considered)
Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Title processing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Certified Notary Public (Preferred) or willing to become
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
