We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hybrid Remote Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume, roofing, sales rep, sales manager, and internal roles across various departments.
- Balance sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (Facebook), sourcing techniques, and outreach to identify top talent.
- Periodically conduct engaging interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate candidate sourcing through cold calling, research, and lead generation.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure clear communication, set expectations, and promote a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize Applicant sourcing platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, or other HR systems to track applicant flow, update candidate statuses, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal requirements during all stages of the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding initiatives including employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations activities to foster a welcoming environment for new hires.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, high-volume recruitment, technical recruiting, or executive recruiting.
- Ability to multitask and reach out to applicants to schedule interviews.
- Update candidate trackers and maintain organization for onboarding new hires.
- Strong communication skills coupled with excellent organizational skills to effectively manage candidate pipelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with talent management software HR systems, and social media marketing
- Knowledge of employment & labor law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing, research techniques, cold calling, lead generation, and relationship management.
- Experience with HR legal compliance related to employment law in talent acquisition practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for training & development initiatives such as succession planning and employee orientation programs.

Schedule
- Flexible hybrid hours
- M-F 9 AM - 6 PM (CST ) - some additional time depending on hiring needs
- In-person company meetings and in-person Friday All-Hands meetings
